Hg CS-102 is a product developed to assist environmental contractors and private industry to clean mercury contamination on concrete and metal, such as machinery, tubing, and piping.

The remediation of mercury contamination has been an expensive process before and required the use of hazardous solvents. Hg CS-102 is a fast-acting solution with a high removal rate of contamination with each application. It is effective on solid and porous surfaces.

Hg CS-102 functions as a cleaner/coagulator by making a sulfur amalgam with the metallic mercury. Functioning in the amphoteric state as a metal, sulfur acts as an attractant binder to the mercury in any present form. Hg CS-102 causes vaporization of mercury and almost immediately captures the vapor into the liquid by the binding power of the sulfur compound.

Hg CS-102 is non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-flammable, water-soluble, and biodegradable in its pure state. It was developed with personnel safety and public concern regarding hazardous solvents in mind. It will satisfy the most prudent environmental and safety managers.

HMCS-101 is a solution designed to clean heavy metals (except mercury) from concrete, other masonry products, all metals, tubing, and piping. It is environmentally safe, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, water-soluble, and biodegradable. It can be used without concern of damaging all types of rubber and Teflon seals.

Each application of HMCS-101 achieves an average reduction of 85% removal of contamination with a dwell time of 30 minutes. It will clean to 1/8" depth on solid surface concrete and up to 1" on a porous surface with a 1 (one) hour dwell time.

HMCS-101 supports our commitment to non-hazardous solutions to environmental problems. It will again satisfy the most prudent environmental and safety managers.

This non-hazardous, fast-acting surfactant effectively reduces PCB contamination from concrete, brick, and other masonry surfaces by an average of 90% per application with a dwell time of only 15 (fifteen) minutes.

Its effectiveness internally averages 60% per application to depths of 1 ½ inches on porous surfaces after a 1 (one) hour dwell time. Aside from being an extremely effective cleaner, Less Than 10 is non-toxic, non-flammable, and biodegradable in its pure state (facts should satisfy even the most prudent environmental or safety manager).

With personnel safety and public concern regarding the use of environmentally harmful solvents, Less Than 10 was developed as an alternative to existing products.

Less than 10 and resulting rinsate work very effectively when run through carbon filtration systems. Most of the PCBs in solution will attach themselves to the carbon filters.

Pipe X-Metal X is designed to clean PCB contamination from all surfaces other than concrete and masonry products. Pipe X-Metal X meets EPA guidelines in 40CFR 761.79 regarding PCB cleaning products. It is also environmentally safe, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and biodegradable.

We realize that PCB contamination in pipe, machinery, electrical equipment, plastic, and wooden surfaces is a major problem.

It can be used on the interior and exterior walls of pipes, metal tanks, metal buildings, inside and outside machinery, truck beds and trailers, electrical equipment, and any other surface that is contaminated. It will not harm rubber or other types of seals that may exist in tubing, pipe, or machinery.

Each application of Pipe X-Metal X achieves an average reduction rate of 95% of the contamination with a dwell time of only 15 minutes. Safety is always a major concern.

Pipe X, Metal X, and PCB rinsate will attach themselves to carbon filters when run through these types of filtration systems.
